  Our company’s independently developed copper-aluminum composite radiator has undergone numerical simulation calculations to optimize parameters such as the thickness of the copper layer and the height, width, and spacing of the aluminum fins. Using our company’s semi-molten-state rolling composite process, we have successfully produced high-power copper-aluminum composite radiators.

Its main features are as follows:

  The copper-aluminum composite radiator fully leverages the excellent thermal conductivity of copper, maximizing its ability to efficiently transfer heat from the heat source.

  Fully leveraging the excellent heat dissipation performance and lightweight nature of aluminum, this design achieves both miniaturization with high energy density and lightweighting of the cooling system.

  Metallurgical bonding is achieved between copper and aluminum, and there is no contact thermal resistance between the copper and aluminum, reducing the heat transfer interface and significantly enhancing the system's cooling efficiency.
